Yolanda has been practicing law for more two decades, having focused her career on providing legal counsel to international clients.

She specializes in Spanish real estate law and inheritance law, representing succession claims of resident and international clients and overseeing estate transfers. She is experienced in civil law and litigation, amongst them in international divorce proceedings. Additionally, she provides legal counsel to various property ownership communities across the Costa del Sol in matters concerning horizontal property law. She spent two years practising at law firm and notary Schiller Abogados & Rechtsanwälte in Germany, where she provided legal counsel on cross-border transactions.

Yolanda is Member of the Málaga Bar Association; she obtained her law degree from the law school of the University of Granada (1997) and holds a master’s degree in Mediation, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid’s Graduate School of Law (2014). She previously studied in the United States.

A Spanish native with an international client base, Yolanda is fluent in German and English.
