A litigation attorney with over 30 years of practicing experience, Jesus specializes in administrative law, real estate law, as well as construction and urban planning law.

He is a member of the Málaga Bar Association, and he obtained his law degree from the law school of the University from Salamanca (1982-1987) and was awarded the prize for the best academic performance by the School of Legal Practice of the Faculty of Law of the University of Salamanca (1990-91).
